Directions 

As of May 10, 2025, the Blue Ridge Parkway is open again in our area. To reach us, follow our highway signs to take Exit 8 off Interstate 77 in Virginia. Do not take Exit 1. Once you have exited 77, follow the signs to Fancy Gap and Hwy 52. At the stop sign with a flashing light, turn right to go south on Hwy 52. Follow 52 a half mile and turn right just past the Amoco Station and Lakeview Restaurant at the brown sign reading Parkway. At the next stop sign, turn right to go south on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Travel 3.5 miles south, and you will see Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground on your left. We are between mileposts 202 and 203. Turn left where you see the sign for the Ranger’s Office, and drive straight into the campground. Do not turn right onto Bavarian Way. Please stop at the office to check in. You can also reach the campground by taking Hwy 52 N out of Winston-Salem. You will catch the Blue Ridge Parkway in Fancy Gap. Again, go south and travel about 3.5 miles to the campground.
