Lil' Camp Store

Our Lil’ Camp Store is open to guests staying at Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground, people touring the Blue Ridge Parkway and our neighbors living in the area. Likewise, our propane fill station is another valuable resource for guests, travelers and neighbors.

Lil’ Camp Store

In our Lil’ Camp Store, grab a cold beverage, chocolate treat, Virginia-grown peanuts, a bundle of firewood, a bag of ice or a Blue Ridge Parkway souvenir or a handcrafted gift. Guests can also buy, borrow or trade books or borrow games.

Hours

From 2 pm Friday, November 22 through Sunday, December 1, our store will be closed. We’ll return to normal winter hours after that. Winter hours (November 4 to March 31) are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10 am to 5 pm. In season hours (April 1 to November 3) are Sunday through Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday and Saturday to 7 pm.

Breakfast, Beverages and Snacks

Virginia peanuts can’t be beat. We sell Whitley’s salted and honey roasted flavors as well as Virginia Peanut Company’s butter toffee. Each flavor is a delicious snack and a great gift.

Smores Kits Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground

Pick up a bag of marshmallows and some skewers. Or, grab a s’mores kit with marshmallows, Hershey’s chocolate, graham crackers and roasting sticks. It’s all packed in a ready-to-go tote bag. S’mores kits make 8.

These Cowgirl Chocolates are the kind chocolate lovers crave! Choose from milk chocolate, chocolate with almonds, dark chocolate or dark chocolate with almonds and sea salt.

Black bears are found in our region, but in our store they come in gummy bear form. You’ll want to keep these fruity candies for yourself and not feed them to the foxes.
