If you cancel your reservation 72 hours or more before the morning of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of 10 percent of your total reservation and any processing fees that apply. The minimum processing fee is $5.

If you cancel within 72 hours, you will loose your deposit and all other monies paid.

Refunds are not issued for people who leave early for any reason.

There are no refunds given for the cancellation of reservations made the same day of your arrival.

No shows will be charged the entirety of their balance due. When availability allows, we are happy to reschedule within the same camping season and apply a guest’s deposit toward the new reservation.
